Grendel Salvage

The salvage of the grounded sailing vessel  Grendel in July 2010 marked the beginning of an era of interagency cooperation bestween NOAA and the U.S. Navy. Working together, the organizations successfully removed, transported and prepared for recycling the 33 foot-long sailboat.
