Buzzy Agard (Part 1)
Buzzy Agard is a founding member of the Reserve Advisory Council for the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands Coral Reef Ecosystem Reserve. Since the reserve's establishment in 2000 he and other original members have donated countless hours to recommending policy and procedures for managers of the reserve and Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument.
